Alfan Zakiyanto, SH., graduated from the Law Faculty of Universitas Airlangga with a Cum Laude Predicate. Alfan is an all-rounder lawyer with strong expertise in both dispute resolution and corporate advisory work. He has represented multinational and domestic clients in civil and commercial litigation, debt restructuring and insolvency, employment disputes, antitrust investigations, and intellectual property cases, while also advising on foreign investment, corporate structuring, compliance, due diligence, and sectoral divestments across industries such as manufacturing, energy, mining, consumer goods, and technology. Alfan is a member of PERADI and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, he is also a published author on aviation law and was a contributor to Wolters Kluwer’s Asia Pacific Employment Law series.
