Dian Agusdiana, SH., was graduated from Faculty of Law of Universitas Diponegoro majoring in Criminal Law in 2000. Ever since a student, he had joined a well known Non Governmental Organization (NGO) at which he assisted urban community on legal cases through or beyond the proccedings. As soon as graduating, he joined a well established law firm in Semarang with the assignment of giving the assistant in the preparation for proceedings in both civil and criminal issues. Appointed as a law office head branch in the Central Jakarta. He joined Hendarman & Associates Counsellors at Law , the forerunner of HLF, in 2011, and currently strengthens HLF’s litigation lawyers team. He is well experienced in handling litigation cases, as well as handling bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, labor issues, conflict due to unfair business competition and monopoly, shareholding dispute, agrarian conflict, general criminal issue, state administration issue, and other civil and criminal issues. He is the member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), and a licensed lawyer to practice in the Indonesian courts.
